ARDA

I am heading to ARDA's annual conference next week, looks like it should be interesting. There is pending legislation on Timeshare Resales and we need to make sure the Resale Brokers have an active part in anything that might be proposed or passed.

For those who do not know, ARDA, stands for the American Resort Development Association. It primarily represents the Developer side of the business, and considering that resales are more Owner-centric, we are skeptical of the proposed Timeshare Resale Act. I have just begun reading it, and I will make sure to share what I have found upon my return next week.

I promise to make contributions to this blog more of a priority in 2010.
